Chatbots 101 With Watson Assistant (Workshop)
Abstract
Chatbots are becoming pervasive when it comes to improving many aspects of customer experience, whether it’s providing customer service, presenting product recommendations, streamlining the shopping experience, or providing natural language interfaces to existing applications.
With the IBM Watson Assistant service, you can build a chatbot that understands natural language input and uses machine learning to respond to customers in a way that simulates a human conversation.
This workshop will show you how you can use IBM Watson Assistant to quickly build a chatbot, taking you from conversational design concepts all the way through to deploying your first chatbot application.
You will leave the workshop with a working prototype chatbot, as well the skills and technology you need to start building your own.
No coding experience is required!
